嘿SJ我不’t think 您 need to.. the joys of sous vide is that it’s practically impossible to overcook stuff unless 您 just left it in for hours. That said, I think 您 probably could take 15-20 minutes off the cooking time without too much worry if 您 wanted to. Good luck!
