Last night, I was scheduled to attend
DC Fashion Week's A/C DC Fashion Show at The Washington Club at Patterson House in Dupont Circle. Showcasing their collections were
Corjor International and
Andrew Nowell Menswear. Tornado warnings, beltway traffic and a delayed Metro resulted in my missing the actual show, but we did catch some post-runway action from the models. The dresses were dramatic, with feathery trains, mermaid-style gowns and layers upon layers of ruffles, as was the hair and makeup, with heavy, vivid eyes and bright lips from artist Richard Ray.
Wasn't the weather crazy that night?!?! These photos are fabulous and I really love the hair in the models.
ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad, these tornado warnings are ruining my life too. You got some great pics, looks like some insane fashion and beauty going on in this room! :)
ReplyDeleteThat was probably the worst night to be out & about! You caught some great images though.
